Hi, I’m Lauren Henry—founder of Undercover Alpha K9, canine behavior specialist and your dedicated coach. 

I help dog owners like you lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose to unlock your dog’s full potential.

My dog training journey began in 2017 as a Military Working Dog Handler for the U.S. Navy, where I trained dogs in advanced obedience and explosive/narcotics detection. 

But it was one dog, a young chocolate Lab named Kicker, who changed everything for me. 

The standard methods I’d relied on didn’t work for him—and that challenge pushed me to dive deeper into animal psychology, behavior modification, and the art of truly listening to the dog in front of me.

That mindset shift—from trainer to coach—reshaped my entire dog training philosophy.

My training approach is deeply personal. Because I know firsthand what’s possible when we stop trying to “fix” dogs and start learning how to work with them.
